As ECI'sOutside Parts Sales, you will not just be selling products, you will be the go-to expert, the trusted advisor, and the engine behind our growing network of dealers and customers. What You Will Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Sell aftermarket products with confidence and expertise
- Generate new business and grow your account base
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Stay in regular contact with clients and follow up on orders
- Manage accounts and updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery
- Promote products, features, and current offers
- Track market trends and share competitive insights
- Complete required training and support annual inventory
- Follow all company safety and workplace policies
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in previous sales/service role
- Excellent communication and a knack for closing deals
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- A collaborative team player
