Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, Investments (Acquisiti ons) is accountable for providing, financial/sensitivity analysis, professionally completing all underwriting, analysis, due diligence related efforts, structuring of debt and equity for each acquisition, disposition and refinancing activity. Complete in-depth financial analysis and research on potential investments, using financial modeling to evaluate each lead against established criteria and providing recommendations, prepare investment due diligence reports and overseeing performance of assets under manage

ment.

Supporting the CFO in identifying and recommending a diversified portfolio of investments to create value and asset appreciation for our investors. Pursue organic growth opportunities and ensure there is an active pipeline of new investment opportunities. Building and nurturing relationships across Canada with brokers, principals, originators and other real estate professionals for purchases, and possible divesti
