Social Content Creator & Brand Coordinator (On-Site, Toronto)
Top Benefits
About the role
You’re a storyteller, a scroller, a sharp shooter.
You know what stops the thumb. You can turn a 12-second clip of job site banter into something bold. You think in Reels, edit with instinct, and know the difference between content that lives and content that gets lived in.
We’re looking for a Social Content Creator & Brand Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of content across three distinct but connected brands:
- Mr. Mow It All – A field-service company scaling property care and snow removal operations in Toronto.
- CrewVision – A visual dispatch and mapping SaaS platform purpose-built for field crews.
- Founder Brand – Behind-the-scenes storytelling about building both companies in public.
If you’ve ever wanted to be embedded in the room where it happens—and make the content that brings others inside—this is that role.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, edit, and post short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Capture and create content alongside our field crews, founder, and product team (on job sites, in the office, and on the fly)
- Engage with followers and comments to grow authentic community engagement
- Spot trends and viral formats, adapt them fast, and make them our own
- Own and manage the content calendar across all three brands
- Monitor performance analytics and iterate based on what hits (and what flops)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine brand tone and narrative direction
- Experiment boldly—we move fast, learn fast, and create like it’s our edge
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling
- A portfolio with 2–3 examples of short-form video content you’ve created (bonus if you share reach/engagement)
- Comfortable with gear: phone gimbals, mics, lighting kits—and you know how to get a clean shot in a chaotic moment
- Proficient with tools like:
- • CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Descript (video editing)
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (graphic overlays or storyboards)
- Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, etc.) to speed up your workflow
- Solid sense of tone, narrative, and editing for platform-native content
- Comfortable being on camera—or coaching others to be
- Based in Toronto, able to work in-office 2+ days/week (flexible based on shoots)
Why This Role Is Different
You won’t be pushing generic content through a pipeline. You’ll be our first full-time creative hire with the autonomy to shape three brands, build new formats, and work closely with the founder and CMO.
We're building a company people want to work at, partner with, and follow and you’ll help bring that to life, one story at a time.
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000–$70,000/year
- Health spending and RRSP plan
- Flexible hybrid schedule with autonomy to shape your week
- Close collaboration with the leadership team and direct creative input
- Professional development budget
- Exposure to both a fast-scaling trades business and a growing SaaS product
- Future potential for growth as the brand team scales
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2+ Days/Week On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: CAD $60,000–$70,000/year
How to Apply
Please submit (humanresources@mowitall.com):
- Your resume
- 2–3 examples of short-form content you’ve created (TikTok, Reels, Shorts links only)
- A cover letter generated using ChatGPT and send the chat link to us
We care more about originality, execution, and voice than polish. If your content makes people stop scrolling, we want to hear from you.
