We have been asked to a great private equity-backed client of ours fill an exciting Chief of Staff role . This position will partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team and it is ideal for a high-impact professional with strong consulting or operational experience who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
T
he Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic right hand to the CEO—driving execution of key initiatives, enhancing operational performance, and ensuring alignment across all business functions. You’ll be deeply involved in growth strategy, performance management, and transformation efforts that define the company’s next stage of expansion.
What You’ll Do??
- Turn strategy into execution – Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate vision into measurable results.
- Drive critical initiatives – Lead cross-functional projects focused on growth, performance, and transformation.
- Support decision-making – Deliver analysis, insights, and executive briefings that accelerate clarity and impact.
- Optimize operations – Build processes, dashboards, and rhythms that improve accountability and transparency.
- Act as a trusted advisor – Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner and liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster alignment – Create seamless coordination across teams and ensure priorities stay on track.
What You Bring??
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or operational leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior executives.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership presence with discretion, initiative, and a bias for action.
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
