Join Kensington as a Cruise Expert – Luxury Travel Sales
Design unforgettable, tailor-made cruise journeys across the world!
As a Cruise Expert, you will craft bespoke cruise + land itineraries for luxury travelers. From first consultation to final farewell, you will inspire clients, design deeply personal and immersive journeys, whilst driving high-value sales.
This is a consultative sales role—no cold calling, no scripts. Just warm leads, relationship-building, and luxury-level service.
What You’ll Do
• Consult with travelers and provide expert cruise guidance (remote sales)
• Build custom cruise and FIT itineraries; source availability and manage bookings
• Drive revenue—nurture leads, negotiate, handle objections, and close
• Deliver best-in-class service and maintain long-term client relationships
• A collaborative team player who thrives in high-energy environments, leads with accountability and solutions-based mindset
Who You Are
• Experienced cruise professional with strong destination knowledge (Europe, Alaska, New England an asset)
• Strong storyteller and communicator—verbal + written
• High-performing consultative seller who thrives in target/KPI environment
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Personable, natural connector, go-getter!
What You Bring
• 3–5+ years in consultative luxury cruise sales
• Proven track record exceeding monthly sales goals
• Experience building complex FIT itineraries
• Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with luxury cruise lines (EU/NA markets an asset)
• Experience selling Ocean and River cruise itineraries, Expedition is an asset
• Experience with local DMCs is an asset
