What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst within our [Brand] division. This position falls under our [LOB] line of business and is located in [Location]. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager of Business Intelligence and senior management to deliver impactful reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making through comprehensive data insights. You will report directly to the Manager of Business Intelligence and regularly collaborate with finance, sales, and operational stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, including setting revenue targets and sales portfolio allocations
- Preparing regular revenue forecasts and financial presentations for senior management
- Distributing timely and accurate financial and business performance reports
- Analyzing revenue trends and providing insights on variances against targets and historical performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to highlight key regional performance metrics for monthly meetings
- Evaluating risk-adjusted revenue and identifying potential business risks and opportunities
- Conducting modeling for ROI assessments and partnership due diligence
- Preparing and updating client profitability analyses
- Supporting sales incentive program modeling and performance tracking
- Recommending and implementing process improvements and new analytics/reporting formats
- Maintaining BI documentation and supporting business integration projects
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in financial planning and business analysis
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI (business user level)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL and VBA/Macros (a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
