How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

VitalAire Canada is the Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide, the world leader in gases, medical technologies and services for Industry and Healthcare. VitalAire empowers patients who have sleep apnea or require home oxygen therapy through ongoing respiratory support and compliance.

In this exciting role you will provide timely, accurate and friendly service to all internal and external customers. Your main focuses will be assisting patients in setting up their equipment, scheduling deliveries and pick-ups, processing refills for medication, and updating patient records. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn many other tasks within our fast paced and dynamic department!

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service by telephone, email or fax
  • Schedule deliveries and pick ups of medical equipment
  • Assist with billing issues
  • Process prescription refill requests for medications
  • Update patient records as necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Perform general administrative duties

Are you a MATCH?

Here is what you will need

  • High School Diploma.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of use and maintenance of respiratory home care equipment.
  • 2-3 years of consecutive recent driving/delivery experience.
  • 2- 3 years Customer service experience.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 55 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.
  • Valid driver’s license & a clean abstract.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This is a union position with a wage of $29.74 per hour and opportunities for advancement.
