About the role

Position Summary At Kruger Inc. , we harness advanced IT solutions to enhance and sustain our dynamic business operations. We're currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst with deep expertise in HR Systems, particularly Kronos/UKG tool . Familiarity with other HRIS systems such as Workday or Success Factor is a valuable asset.

This role serves as a strategic bridge between HR and IT team , ensuring systems are finely tuned to support Workforce Management processes . As we undertake exciting modernization initiatives, this position will be pivotal in project delivery, systems evolution , and enterprise transformation .

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • System Configuration, Optimization and maintenance: Configure and optimize the Kronos/UKG system to meet the organization's workforce management needs, including time and attendance, scheduling, and labour analytics.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current workforce management processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Kronos/UKG system. Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the Kronos/UKG system. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Projects: Participate in workforce management projects, including system selection, implementation, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Generate and submit required reports to regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.

Experiences Proven experience with workforce management systems, specifically Kronos/UKG tools

5-10 years of hands-on experience supporting HR Systems, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting Kronos and HRIS solutions

Proven track record in developing and maintaining Kronos models with integration to other HRIS solutions.

Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in implementing and managing HRIS platforms is strong asset (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).

Skills And Abilities UKG Kronos Expertise: Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions, including configuration, data migration, and integration.

System Integration: Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration tools to connect HRIS with payroll, timekeeping, and ERP systems.

Data Management: Strong skills in data governance, cleansing, migration, and reporting using tools like SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.

Security & Compliance: Understanding of required data privacy and security standardsrelevant to HR systems.

LANGUAGES

  • Bilingualism – French / English (advanced level required).

Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them.
