Brymark is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team for a 12-month full-time opportunity in Prince Rupert. This is your chance to take on exciting challenges, gain hands-on experience, and make a real difference in marine construction.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee daily construction operations with precision and confidence
- Master the Schedule: Develop and track construction timelines using earned value methods
- Negotiate Like a Pro: Handle contracts, revisions, and negotiations with ease
- Coordinate with Confidence: Manage sub-contractors and ensure project alignment
- Own the Numbers: Monitor job costs, forecasts, and collaborate on billing
- Be the Bridge: Serve as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Deploy Resources Wisely: Optimize people and equipment for maximum efficiency
- Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards in HSE and QA
What You Bring to the Table:
- Credentials: P.Eng, Applied Technologist, or equivalent trade experience (PMP is a plus!)
- Experience: 7–10 years in project management, especially in heavy industrial settings
- Expertise: Strong background in equipment installation, and bulk material handling
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Driver’s License: Valid license and access to a vehicle
