YOUR MISSION

Organizational Leadership & Team Governance

Manage, support, coach and develop the skills of a team of 4 procurement professionals while fostering a positive work environment. Annual savings target achieved through negotiation initiatives, total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization, and supplier rationalization. Ongoing support to the Senior Director in producing strategic reports, executive dashboards, and decision-support analyses.

Strategic Direction, Stakeholder Influence & Corporate Alignment

In alignment with overall company objectives, define and evolve a strategic vision for corporate procurement, serving internal clients across IT, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Casting, Studios, Real Estate, and more. Act as an influential leader with internal partners, serving as a trusted advisor on procurement strategies, risk management, and value optimization. Drive stakeholder alignment on procurement policies, supplier strategies, operational priorities, and transformation initiatives. Proactively contribute to decision-making by providing structured recommendations based on in-depth analysis, industry trends, risk scenarios, and market opportunities.

Strategic Supplier Management

Negotiate, manage, and renew complex short-, medium-, and long-term strategic contracts with local, regional, and international suppliers with direct impact on global operations. Build and maintain high-level business relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, operational continuity, and risk mitigation. Organize and lead supplier performance reviews, including the implementation of KPIs, improvement plans, and mitigation strategies.

Market Intelligence, Risk Management & Optimization

Actively monitor market trends, emerging technologies, inflation, geopolitical risks, and supplier dynamics to anticipate operational impacts. Proactively adapt contracts to evolving realities in order to maximize total value (TCO), service quality, and supplier flexibility.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Seven to ten years of procurement experience; Previous experience in supervising a team; Ability to negotiate, solve problems and manage conflicts; Sense of organization and priorities; Good communication skills with a customer service “orientation”; Great flexibility and agility; Ability to work as a team and adapt to unforeseen events and work under pressure; Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP MM, Ariba and other software; Bilingual (English and French), spoken and written; third language is an asset.
