Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Insurance Verification Representative, you will help maintain the accuracy of customer insurance records by verifying coverage, resolving documentation issues, and communicating with customers, insurance providers, and brokers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience. You will receive ongoing training and have opportunities to develop your skills while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Responsibilities

Review customer accounts to identify missing or non-compliant insurance documentation. Contact customers, insurance companies, and insurance brokers to obtain updated policy information. Verify insurance coverage and ensure customer accounts meet insurance requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Prioritize and manage multiple cases while meeting service expectations. Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding insurance documentation and requirements. Review policy changes and escalate complex situations when necessary. Prepare customer correspondence related to outstanding insurance requirements. Complete administrative tasks required to support timely case resolution. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate account information. Deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF software, and other standard business applications. Professional telephone and email communication skills. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the automotive, financial services, or insurance industries is considered an asset. Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
