About the role

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Project Manager to bring their expertise to our team. Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects to improve processes, tools, and working methods. They monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables, while mobilizing multidisciplinary teams and applying best practices in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project portfolio (planning, monitoring, communication, risks, budgets).
  • Supervise and coordinate teams to achieve Quality, Cost, Time and Function objectives.
  • Ensure the implementation of communication and change management plans.
  • Present performance indicators and project reports to management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the standardization of practices

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and project management tools.
  • Leadership, rigor, excellent communication skills.
  • PMI-PMP certification is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) in spoken and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and for technical documentation.
