About the role

Halifax Tides FC is currently hiring an Account Executive. Are you eager to join a dynamic team dedicated to reshaping women’s professional soccer in Canada? Reach out to learn more about this exciting opportunity. The full-time position of an Account Executive will support all aspects of group ticketing sales, premium ticket sales, and general admissions ticketing whilst ensuring a seamless experience for our community, fans, partners and supporting ecosystem members. This role involves implementing sales strategies, managing ticket inventory, and working directly with our fans, group sales customers and premium ticket attendees providing the best in class service.

Key Responsibilities

As a frontline representative of the Halifax Tides FC, embody the values and behaviours as expected when dealing with fans and partners. Directed by the Senior Sales Leader, implement effective ticket sales strategies to maximize game attendance and associated revenue. Actively sell group tickets and experiences, manage the ticketing system and ensure accurate and timely updates. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth matchday operations. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels. Agile learner who is eager to learn and use ticketing software and CRM systems. Experience with ticketing and CRM software is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Passion for soccer and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our fans. Experience in ticketing operations, preferably within a sports environment, considered an asset.
