General Plant Help – Casual Part Time Overview of the role: The General Plant Help is responsible for assisting in various or all elements of other specific jobs, providing all Food Safety, Personal Safety and Environmental, Regulatory and job element specific training conditions are met.

Schedule: Casual Schedule Part Time Hours Salary: $18.71/hour + Night premium $1.20/hour There are salary increases every 6 months until 18 months of employment then increases annually. Current top rate is $27.77/hour

• Mechanical Aptitude is necessary to perform well in this position.
• Proven communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate written records and documentation
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Dependable and accountable
• Must pass the Employee Aptitude and Basic Skills test
