Position Summary:
Our Expeditors help create a positive guest experience through engaging interaction and quality service in our upscale dining outlets. Expeditors are expected to have an in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage items in order to answer questions about food, allergens, beverages, wine, and other restaurant functions and services.

What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

• Ensure timely and efficient flow of orders from the kitchen to the front of house
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required
• Manage the proper setup of the coffee station and expo pass
• Monitor the pass, sections, and dish area to ensure all materials and areas are clean
• Monitor cleanliness of silverware and glassware; clean as needed
• Follow all food safety standards and systems
• Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of garbage and recycling
• Communicate to Servers and/or leaders any comments or feedback to ensure a positive guest experience
• Other duties as assigned or required

• Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable an asset
• Available for a minimum of 3 days per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
