This role requires Fixed Income domain expertise and quantitative skills
Candidates with experience limited to BRD documentation JIRA QA or coordination roles without handson capital markets and quantitative knowledge will not be considered
Role overview
We are seeking an experienced 8-12 years of Business Analyst with strong Fixed Income and Derivatives domain expertise to support trade processing risk management and fronttoback trading systems The role requires a blend of business analysis quantitative skills and stakeholder management with responsibility for delivering medium to largescale initiatives in a global banking environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis and solution design for Fixed Income products including bonds derivatives and exotics
Work directly with Sales Traders Business Managers and Department Heads to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Demonstrate strong understanding of fronttoback trade lifecycle
Deal capture
Downstream processing
PL
Risk management
Accounting and settlements
Own endtoend delivery including functional design development coordination testing implementation and user support
Identify business and system risks and propose mitigation strategies with clear business impact analysis
Lead and mentor Business Analysts and support delivery across distributed teams and time zones
Required Skills Expertise
Strong Fixed Income derivatives knowledge from a Front Office perspective
Proven experience in Trade Processing and Risk Management systems
Ability to manually calculate PL and explain risk concepts
Strong analytical and quantitative mindset with comfort in numberdriven analysis
Working knowledge of Fixed Income FX and Money Market products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
