About the role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Work site environment: Viticulture. Work setting: Rural area. Remote location. Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Cut agricultural crops. Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Mixing fertilizer. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Type of crops: Grapes. Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system. Fertilizer applicator. Harvesters. Sprayer or duster. Tractor. Forklift. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
