The team has designed and executed major sales and event programs across North America for prominent brands, with a focus on compliance and trust-building. LINQ provides a platform that supports financial institutions and retail partners in reaching new customers responsibly. The agency is dedicated to helping businesses strengthen brand connections and meet growth objectives. Its approach emphasizes customer experience, quality, and measurable results. Role Description The Retail Sales Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in London, ON. In this position, the ambassador engages directly with customers on the sales floor, introduces products and services, answers questions, and provides clear, accurate information to support purchasing decisions. The role includes actively promoting partner brands, demonstrating product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process while maintaining a professional, approachable presence. Day-to-day tasks involve delivering excellent customer service, handling basic sales transactions, tracking key interactions, and supporting in-store events or campaigns as needed. The ambassador collaborates with team members and management to meet sales targets and uphold LINQ’s standards of customer experience and brand representation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive customer acquisition and meet or exceed performance targets. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build trust, and resolve inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, including the ability to learn and explain features, benefits, and value propositions clearly. Ability to work on-site in London, ON, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends. Proven ability to build rapport quickly, maintain a positive attitude, and represent brands in a professional, inclusive manner. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in handling customer interactions and basic sales reporting. Previous retail, financial services, or promotional sales experience is an asset but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
