Armour Transportation Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Workforce Analyst to help us optimize performance and pay processes across our operations. In this role, you’ll go beyond just numbers—you’ll uncover trends, identify efficiencies, and help shape solutions that keep our team running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze performance of drivers and dock personnel against scheduled shifts (arrival, departure, startup, overtime).

  • Validate driver hours approved for pay versus hours worked; review findings with Operations management and provide actionable reports.

  • Measure driver shift pay versus dispatched shift times; investigate material variances and report on root causes.

  • Monitor tractor dwell times for hourly drivers and collaborate with Operations to address inefficiencies.

  • Investigate pay claims outside standard programs and develop corrective action plans with senior leadership.

  • Assess workforce management approval processes, recommend improvements, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.

  • Maintain ongoing scorecards tracking performance versus measurable targets.

  • Track absenteeism by day, job type, etc., and highlight related costs.

  • Support other projects as assigned.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of analytical experience, ideally in finance or transportation.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate insights clearly
