JJ Malibu, one of the fastest-growing LGBTQ+ apparel brands in North America, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Social Media & Influencer team at our new office in Newmarket, Ontario.

What You?ll Do:

• Build brand awareness and engagement across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Research, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and athletes
• Interact with customers online and assist with product/service-related inquiries
• Develop original and engaging content tailored to our community
• Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots with photographers, models, and partner agencies
• Track social media performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns

What We?re Looking For:

• Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and aligned with our brand values
• Currently pursuing (or completed) post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, or LGBTQ+ industries is an asset
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus!

Job Details:

• Flexible: Part-Time or Full-Time
• Hybrid/On-site in Newmarket, Ontario

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
