About the role

Accounting Technician in Laval – Hybrid Are you looking for a friendly and welcoming work environment? This employer is looking for an accounting technician with experience in the full accounting cycle. YOUR ROLE: Your main responsibilities will include: Performing the full accounting cycle; Participating in the month-end process and preparation of financial statements; Monitoring accounts receivable and payable; Maintaining bookkeeping records; Communicating professionally and collaborating with various stakeholders. SKILLS REQUIRED: Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in accounting or equivalent education; Proven experience in similar roles; Experience in a professional services environment is an asset; Fluency in French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an asset; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
