Program Manager – GEMS (Concord)

GEMS is a leader in environmental, geotechnical, and hydrogeological consulting, known for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service. We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive program execution, profitability, and client satisfaction across multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own full program execution, ensuring profitability and outstanding client satisfaction.
• Lead integrated delivery across departments and disciplines.
• Manage client relationships, contracts, and escalations with professionalism.
• Oversee Project Managers, Task Managers, and Operations staff.
• Partner with Sales to develop account strategies and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Technical Specialists to develop work programs for awarded scopes.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance across all deliverables.
• Drive innovation, process improvement, and digital integration.
• Expand scope and manage change orders within existing client relationships.
• Foster and participate in a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Maintain required training, qualifications, and professional designations.
• Take on any other reasonable activities required by management/leadership.

What You Bring

• Post-secondary degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in environmental, geotechnical, or hydrogeological consulting.
• PMP certification preferred.
• P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
• High attention to detail.
• In-office presence required 6 days per month.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for finding solutions and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in MS software.
