We are looking for a Senior Endpoint Security Analyst to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our cybersecurity capabilities. As part of this mandate, the candidate will play a key role in the administration, optimization and evolution of endpoint and email protection solutions, in particular through Microsoft Defender technologies. You will participate in the implementation and operation of security tools, the documentation of processes and the maintenance of the security infrastructure. Working in an Agile environment, you will actively collaborate on Scrum ceremonies and planning activities to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives. We are looking for a professional recognized for strong technical expertise in antivirus and endpoint protection solutions, leadership, initiative, and ability to evolve effectively in a large, complex organization.
Tasks and skills sought
In the context of operational security Responsible for incident response and threat detection Propose and operate technical solutions in the detection and prevention of incidents as well as on the measures to be taken Carry out investigations through security logs and different protection and detection equipment Identify, maintain and publish indicators of the health status of services Define and plan activities with the aim of improving the overall health of the services and processes entrusted to you and monitor results Implement measures to carry out security checks Identify and issue recommendations in the face of new or new vectors of compromise Act as a resource person and technical advisor to the analysts and technicians who are members of the team Develop, plan and monitor vulnerability tests on the network infrastructure Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of processes and guides for their line of business In the context of projects Participates in and applies policy, guidelines and standards related to information security Provide guidance on information security best practices while supporting staff in the operations and IT development teams Support the organization's security groups in the design and execution of the organization's information security roadmap Advise IT teams in defining their objectives and the scope of their projects in terms of security; Guide partners in good contract management practices with suppliers Contribute to the quality assurance of deliverables and to actions to improve the security function Develop and update information security frameworks (policies, guidelines, and standards).
Monitor system operations and manage network security
Deploy, maintain, and update internal cybersecurity controls through continuous testing and controls Understand, analyze, document and support partners/users in clarifying their needs Conduct comprehensive, fully documented, evidence-based, and evidence-based analyses Formulate professional opinions and pragmatic recommendations, all in accordance with established standards, rules and guidelines Review data and reports to identify underlying trends, significant variances, and root causes of various issues Actively contribute to solving operational problems and proposing solutions to improve processes and ways of doing things Profile sought: Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a teamwork context Demonstrate strong analytical, processing, coordination and collaboration skills Have good communication, writing and communication skills Ability to maintain healthy working relationships with stakeholders from various sectors and levels of management Appreciate and promote contact with the internal partner/user Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, rigor and a good ability to synthesize Demonstrate a willingness to learn continuously Familiarity with information security processes, procedures, controls, reports, risks and regulatory requirements Have good technical knowledge of data processing and IT security features.
Professional Information Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) Asset
Knowledge of industry frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and tools, preferably with software development experience.
