Your future responsibilities as an FP&A Analyst :
- Ensure consistency and alignment of financial reports presented to the Executive Committee and senior management
- Analyze results, explain variances, and recommend adjustments to support decision‑making
- Design, improve, and standardize financial and operational dashboards
- Contribute to financial forecasts, budget follow‑ups, and the evolution of the long‑term financial model
- Support senior management by delivering clear, structured, and tailored strategic analyses

To become an FP&A Analyst:

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting or finance, or any other relevant training

You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and/or financial modeling

You hold your CPA designation or are in the process of obtaining it
-
You have a strong understanding of the accounting cycle and accounting principles

You have solid mastery of accounting concepts and Microsoft Excel.
