Corporate Operations Coordinator (3PL / Transportation) – Kitchener, ON.

Compensation:$48,000–$58,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Job Summary
Rome Logistics is hiring aCorporate Operations Coordinatorto play a key role in keeping freight moving smoothly across North America. This role is ideal for candidates with experience intransportation, dispatch, or 3PL logistics, or individuals looking to start a long-term career in the supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and managefreight shipmentsacross Canada and the United States

Obtaincarrier quotes, compare rates, and support pricing decisions

Track shipments and providereal-time updatesto customers and internal teams
-
Communicate with carriers to ensureon-time pickup and delivery

Resolve shipment issues, delays, and service challenges
-
Accurately enter and update shipment data in TMS/CRM systems

Work closely with sales and customer service teams
Requirements
-
1+ year of experience inlogistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chainpreferred
-
Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, or related field is an asset

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient inMicrosoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
-
Experience withTMS or CRM systemsis an asset

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
