The Commercial Service Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality glass installations and repairs on residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical expertise, precision craftsmanship, and a commitment to safety and professionalism
As a member of the Small Contracts Installation team and as a new Glass Canada family member, you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals that bring with them a wide array of talents, skills, and backgrounds.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Install and service storefront systems, curtain walls, railing systems, and entry doors with precision

Safely handle, transport, and install glass and aluminum products on residential and commercial job sites
-
Read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and service orders
-
Use hand and power tools to complete installation and repair tasks
-
Travel to multiple job sites using a company-provided vehicle
-
Maintain a professional and safety-focused attitude while representing Glass Canada
-
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Experience in glass, glazing, doors, and/or windows considered an asset

Comfortable working with hand and power tools

Working at Heights certificate considered an asset
-
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs

Ability to work at heights and in active construction environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
