As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of time and absence data in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The team operates in a collaborative, cross-functional environment that encourages autonomy and continuous learning.
In your role as a People Data Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate time records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting employees in the use of time management tools such as Workday.

Responsabilities :
- Ensure accurate time and absence records prior to integration for payroll.
- Identify and resolve errors related to work hours and absences in Workday.
- Provide support to employees and managers on time and attendance issues.
- Generate work time and absence reports for managers and HR teams.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accuracy of data in the payroll process.
- Optimize time management processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance of time management practices with company policies and collective agreements.
- Contribute to the evolution of time management practices to increase productivity.
Your profile:
- Thoroughness and attention to detail in data management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to analyze complex data and resolve anomalies.
- Team player, able to work effectively with HR and payroll departments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for task and report management.
- Experience in a unionized environment, an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Workday and/or payroll management tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Ability to apply specific rules, collective agreements and procedures.
