Nous recherchons un Directeur associé des comptes clés pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle de leadership est essentiel pour gérer et développer les relations avec nos clients les plus importants, stimuler la croissance des revenus et garantir la satisfaction des clients.

Votre Impact

  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients clés, y compris les cadres dirigeants.
  • Développer et exécuter des plans stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus et satisfaire les attentes des clients.
  • Identifier et saisir de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein des comptes existants, y compris la vente additionnelle et croisée.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, marketing, opérations, etc.) pour répondre aux besoins des clients et fournir des solutions efficaces.
  • Suivre la performance des comptes, analyser les indicateurs clés et fournir des rapports réguliers au Directeur des comptes clés.
  • Négocier les contrats et accords avec les comptes clés, rédiger des propositions tarifaires et garantir la rentabilité et le bénéfice mutuel.
  • Gérer les préoccupations des clients et résoudre les problèmes afin d’assurer leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur, des activités des concurrents et des conditions du marché pour identifier les risques et opportunités.

Exigences Ce que vous apporterez à l’équipe :

  • Diplôme universitaire en sciences animales, en commerce ou dans une discipline connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en ventes et/ou marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, démontrant une expertise.
  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience en leadership avec des réalisations avérées.
  • Expérience en santé animale requise
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents avec nuitées (35 %).
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. La maîtrise de l''anglais est requise pour les communications avec les parties prenantes à l'extérieur du Québec ainsi que la haute direction au niveau global.

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Key Accounts to join our team. This leadership role is pivotal in managing and developing relationships with our most important clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and achieve client objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the Key Account Director.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, write pricing proposals, and ensure profitability and mutual benefit.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Required What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in animal science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing or related experience, demonstrating expertise.
  • At least two 2 years of leadership experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Experience with Animal Health required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Availability for extensive overnight travel (35%).
  • Language requirements English and French. An advanced level of English proficiency is required for communications with stakeholders outside of Quebec as well as senior management at a global level.
