As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Part-time line with the schedule from Sunday to Monday with shifts time: 0700-1530

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard
- Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Perform computer tasks
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person or by phone
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
- Be authorized to legally work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC security worker license
- Hold a valid AST (required)
- First aid certification (an asset)
- Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation experience
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
