If you're studying Sales & Marketing or Business and want meaningful, hands-on experience, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Positions range from 4 to 8 months, starting in Winter 2026
  • Based in Bouctouche, New Brunswick
  • Housing support may be available for eligible candidates
  • Co-op fee reimbursement up to $1,000 for students completing their work term with JDI
  • Open to co-op and non-co-op students for 4-month terms; 8-month terms require co-op enrollment

What Can You Expect From Your Work Term From day one, you’ll be contributing to real projects alongside experienced professionals. You’ll also take part in student-focused events, tours, and learning experiences that expand your knowledge and connect you with other students across the company.

You’ll engage with senior leaders for mentorship and career development. Kent Homes is a leader in modular construction, and this role offers exposure to both sales strategy and operational execution .

Responsibilities Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into work that matters. Your day-to-day could include:

  • Sales Support – Assist with customer inquiries, quotes, and CRM updates
  • Marketing & Communications – Help prepare presentations, promotional materials, and social media content
  • Operations Coordination – Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Data & Analytics – Use dashboards and reports to uncover insights and support decision-making
  • Customer Experience – Participate in meetings and site visits to understand client needs and enhance service delivery
  • Mentorship & Job Shadowing – Learn directly from professionals in sales and operations

Qualifications We’re looking for students who are curious, motivated, and ready to grow. Here’s what will help you thrive:

  • Enrolled and in good standing in a Sales & Marketing, Business, or related post-secondary program
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and customer-facing tasks
  • Interest in modular construction and customer service is a plus
