As our Bilingual French/English Inside Sales Representative – Sage 50 New Customer Acquisitions Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in developing and growing new customer relationships. Every day, you will sell to various customer demographics, with a strong focus on tailoring the right solution to meet our customers' needs. Team members are a vital part of our culture, and we continually rely on them for their contributions and feedback. To thrive in this role, you must learn to adapt and connect with diverse customer demographics, while also gaining a deeper understanding of how different businesses operate.
*Hybrid: 3 days per week in our downtown Toronto or Vancouver office.*
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business by engaging prospective clients through discovery conversations, understanding their needs, and offering tailored Sage solutions.

Upsell and cross-sell to ensure customers get the full benefit of Sage’s products and services.

Build consultative relationships over the phone and online, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Leverage your knowledge of Sage products and maintenance contract offerings to deliver real business impact.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in both French and English.

Preferred- 1-year experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, inbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry.

Experience in MS Office Suite, Word and Excel, MS Outlook, Fusion Order Entry, and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.

The compensation will be determined by location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.
For this role, in those locations, the target salary range + OTE (on target earnings with commission) for new hires is $44,400 to $74,000.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based commission plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities in our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
