Situated in Ottawa’s east end at 100 & 200 Frontier Path Private in Gloucester, Frontier & Latitude offers residents designer appointed, open concept apartment suites. We are currently looking for a customer focused, energetic Overnight Concierge to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 28 hours per week.
The hours for this position will be 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and shifts will include weekends.
What you will do:
- Greeting building tenants and guests;
- Regular patrolling buildings and ensuring entrances are secure;
- Attending to tenant/guest inquiries in a professional manner (ie: order taxis, open front door, assist with packages, etc.);
- Coordinating guest suites and common room bookings;
- Ensuring entrance parking areas and driveways are maintained (no unauthorized parking);
- Maintaining a neat and tidy working area, including main lobby and exterior entrances (entrance glass cleaning, litter pick up around immediate lobby areas, etc.);
- Ensuring lobby/entrance/common rooms are kept clean & tidy;
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Well-developed customer service skills;
- Excellent oral communication skills;
- Able to work as part of a team and independently;
- Positive, honest, and motivated;
- Previous concierge experience is considered an asset.
