Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success: Deliver exceptional customer service to assigned clientsCoordinate multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met Build and maintain strong client relationships Receive, analyze, and communicate client requests to internal production teams Monitor project progress and ensure client expectations are met Assist in resolving issues and managing competing priorities Work closely with production, account management, and cross-functional teams Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Postsecondary education in a related field or equivalent experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset Experience within advertising agencies, marketing, printing, publishing, or production environments is considered an asset Experience in customer service, account coordination, project coordination, or account management Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting When benefits really help you live better: We offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your well-being and help you thrive—at work and at home.
