Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Schedule patient appointments, including follow-ups and referrals, ensuring everyone gets the care they need.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients regarding appointments, billing, and general information with enthusiasm.
- Collect and process patient information, including medical history and demographics, with care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Ensure waiting areas and reception areas are clean and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in managing patient flow and minimizing wait times for a better experience.
- Collaborate with the healthcare or dental team to address patient needs and concerns effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient issues or concerns promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or healthcare-related training preferred.
- Previous experience in patient coordination role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine!
- Proficiency in using dental office software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities that keep things running smoothly.
