Under the supervision of the PMO Director, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the construction and training teams to develop technical content specific to the tasks of construction project teams, ensuring their prioritization and long-term integration within the company. Focused on both operational efficiency and the acquisition of key technical skills, and working closely with Operations and Training teams, you will draw inspiration from best practices and actively contribute to identifying training needs and content, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives. The role is a permanent, full-time position located at 500 Saint-Jacques Street, Suite 300, in Montréal. What You Will Do
- Ensure the prioritization, validity, and quality of developed content in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of commitments related to training programs.
- Support the technical performance of operations teams by providing ongoing assistance and ensuring that technical programs are effective and relevant.
- Participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of technical programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization and the market.
- Collaborate with the Training and Organizational Development teams to ensure programs are deployed according to operational needs and priorities.
- Contribute to fostering buy-in from Operations for the deployed programs.
- Assist in the evaluation of programs and periodically review technical training plans.
This role could be for you if you have
- Education: MBA in Business Administration combined with a Master's degree in Law or Economics.
- Construction Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry, having led large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Environmental and QHSE Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental management and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) risk management.
Additional Assets
- Experience in project management and operational excellence is considered an asset. Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high volume of projects and ensure rigorous follow-up.
M Obility
- Willingness and ability to travel to various construction sites across Canada.
Salary: $101,000 to $119,000 CAD
The employer may, at their sole discretion, grant one or more bonuses based on the employee’s performance, the company’s financial health, and the overall evaluation of the TET’s work. If a bonus is granted, both the amount and frequency will be entirely at the employer’s discretion.
