Purpose JOB DESCRIPTION: KML Windows Inc., a division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking one (1) Quality Co-op Student. The Quality Co-op Student will support the quality department by performing calibrations and inspections, revising quality documentation, and supporting non-conforming material activities and other duties as assigned.

Duties And Responsibilities Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies.

Perform calibrations as per the schedule.

Revise controlled Quality documentation including Standard Works, Job Breakdown Analysis, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Forms, Quality Alerts, Quality Sorts.

Complete Quality inspections such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), first off samples, and lab tests.

Assist in non-conforming product containment and sort activities.

Perform other duties as needed as directed by management.

Qualifications And Skill Requirements Enrolled in a Quality Assurance Certificate program through a recognized college.

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Possess strong organizational, time management, analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Possess effective communication and teamwork skills.

Demonstrates a positive attitude with the ability to interact effectively with other departments.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
