This Summer Internship offers a launchpad like no other. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals and exposed to our innovative digital Consulting tools. From early May through mid-August 2026, you’ll dive into real client work, learning how businesses operate and how trust is built through consulting services. You’ll be guided through the consulting process by experienced professionals and gain exposure to our market-leading digital tools. You’ll benefit from a rich internship experience that includes meetings with firm leadership, interactive lunch and learns, skill-building workshops, client visits, and opportunities to participate in volunteer and social events.

Experiences and Skills You’ll Use to Solve: A career in our Finance Transformation practice, within Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside Finance leaders to optimize the structure of their finance functions, re-architect Finance processes and implement best-of-breed technology to enable their transformation journey. Join a team of business professionals who work with clients to solve complex problems; utilizing tools to digitally upskill Finance teams. Work with clients to establish and deliver on their transformation roadmap to create value for Finance and beyond. Working in a diverse team, you will help our clients identify process, performance and people and lead the development of meaningful solutions to deliver sustainable change
As an intern, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Skills and responsibilities level include but are not limited to
- Work with colleagues across PwC to sell and deliver business-led, technology enabled projects to fulfill client needs for Finance Consulting services
- Participate and support the preparation of workshops with key Finance stakeholders
- Play an active part in the delivery of Finance Transformation engagements, including
- Finance technology tool implementations for Finance Operations (e.g. SAP, Workday, Oracle)
- Finance Vision and Strategy and Target Operating Model design supported by ERP implementation
- Support the engagement manager / director / partner in managing engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting
- Prepare deliverable content and ensure the quality of deliverables meets with PwC and client expectations
- Participate in aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to proposal writing

What you bring to this role:
- Enrolled in second or third year of the following post-secondary programs: Accounting, Analytics, and/or Statistics
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
- Professional Finance experience is an asset (e.g. Accounting, FP&A, Reporting & Analytics)
- Consulting or audit experience is an asset, especially within the “Big 4” firms
- MBA and/or a CPA designation is an asset
- Experience with ERP implementation initiatives and projects (e.g. SAP, Workday, Oracle) is an asset
- Working expertise or understanding in many, if not all, of the core Accounting areas:
- Record-to-Report – financial close, consolidation, financial reporting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll
- Order-to-Cash – order entry, customer credit, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections,
- Procure-to-Pay – procurement, accounts payable, invoicing
- Experience in process improvement or re-engineering initiatives and projects in the core back-office accounting areas (see above) in either a consultant or internal role.
- We'd love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement.
