Your job Optimize and develop cross-sector monitoring and reporting processes Design and maintain data management and visualisation tools to support decision-making Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the data used in the various deliverables Coordinate cross-sector activities by mobilising several stakeholders and meeting deadlines Structure and document processes to ensure their sustainability and efficiency Identify opportunities for improvement and propose concrete solutions, including automation and artificial intelligence

Senior Management – Performance & Evolution is a team of specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
In the Technology sector, you are part of a large team of around 30 colleagues and report to a Senior Manager. Prerequisites Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience or a related master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience Experience in continuous improvement of processes and coordinating cross-sector initiatives Experience in data management and producing organisational reports Proficiency in collaboration and monitoring tools (e.g., project management platforms, data tools) Experience with data visualisation tools Knowledge of the banking or technology sector (asset)
