Description Lenze Canada Corporation is looking for an industry experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Ontario team. Position Title : Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Position Location : Ontario, Canada

Position Type: Fully Remote

Compensation: Base salary plus sales incentive bonus

(Compensation Depends On Skills, Knowledge, Education, And Experience) Position Snapshot: The Regional Sales Manager drives sales growth by expanding new customer acquisitions and expanding existing OEM accounts within target markets and is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team within Canada. This role combines coaching, field engagement, and performance management to support strategic initiatives and customer-centric selling. Key responsibilities include defining KPIs, supporting complex sales opportunities, and aligning regional strategies with Lenze’s market goals.

About you : You’re an outgoing, results-driven, sales professional with a strong technical background and proven track record in leading high-performing teams in the automation or motion control industry. You thrive on hitting targets in fast-paced environments, balancing field engagement with data-driven performance management. Your ability to translate complex solutions into business value, collaborate cross-functionally, and foster a culture of accountability makes you a trusted partner to both customers and internal stakeholders. Bold, proactive, and customer-focused- you’re ready to lead the charge in expanding Lenze’s market presence.

A Day In The Life

  • Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and engaging high-potential OEMs and strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Lenze’s growth objectives
  • Expand existing accounts by building strong customer relationships and uncovering upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, deliver forecasts, and achieve annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Define and track KPIs to drive sales growth and monitor team performance
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, forecast revenue, and report to senior leadership

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical field required or related experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in technical sales in related industry required
  • 3 + years’ experience in a management role, directly leading a sales team
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams toward aggressive growth goals
  • Ability to coach technical sales professionals and translate complex solutions into business value
  • High initiative, adaptability, and strategic thinking
  • Experience setting and managing KPIs, sales forecasts, and territory plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Bold, proactive, and results-driven with a relentless focus on execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to travel internationally, as needed
