We are currently seeking a Senior Functional Consultant / Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).
Job Description: Senior Functional Consultant / Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to join our team for a large public sector client.
This role focuses on analyzing business processes, configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE, and supporting ongoing solution enhancements in a highly customized cloud environment.
The consultant will collaborate closely with technical developers and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs. All work will be completed remotely.
**Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree**
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Functional Consultant certification(s)
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including advanced configuration, plugin/workflow development, and deployment.
- Strong experience with Dynamics modules such as Sales, Service, and Custom Entities, including Forms, Views, Business Rules, and Security Roles.
- 3-5 years' experience implementing Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, and integrations with Microsoft 365 or Azure services.
- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects, including hands-on work with JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate flows, custom actions and workflows.
- Must reside in Pacific or Mountain time zones or be available to work in Pacific time zone.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing business processes to align them with Dynamics 365 CE capabilities.
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE, including forms, views, entities, relationships, and business process flows.
- Design and implement automation using JavaScript, plugins, custom actions, Power Automate, workflows, forms, reports and business rules.
- Collaborate with technical developers to define requirements for plugins, integrations, and custom components.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation activities: fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop functional design documents, configuration documentation, and user training materials.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement for existing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
