About the Role Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced Line Cook who is confident working grill and fryer stations in a high-volume kitchen. We?re seeking someone who works efficiently under pressure, maintains strong food quality standards, and keeps their station organized during busy service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Operate grill and fryer stations during busy service periods
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely execution of orders
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep workstation stocked, clean, and organized
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous grill or fryer experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask and maintain quality under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
