Position Overview REALTOR.ca is Canada’s most visited real-estate destination. As Project Manager for the REALTOR.ca Mobile App, you will orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of new features, enhancements, and releases for our React Native iOS and Android applications, used by millions of consumers and 160,000 REALTORS ® nationwide. You will steer cross-functional teams- engineering, QA, product and marketing through rapid, data-driven iterations that keep our apps performant, compliant and beloved in the App Store and Google Play.

- Mobile app lifecycle mastery (TestFlight, Play Console, phased rollouts)
- Hands-on understanding of React Native development and deployment workflows
- Exceptional leadership & facilitation of agile teams
- Metrics-driven mindset (crash-free sessions, retention, app store ratings)
- Vendor & budget management for outsourced partners
- Clear, concise communication with leadership and non-technical stakeholders
- Creative problem solving and negotiation

Key Responsibilities
- Agile Delivery : own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives; maintain sprint board, remove blockers.
- Release Management : coordinate store submissions, release notes, phased rollouts, certificate renewals, and emergency hotfixes.
- Roadmap Execution : translate product roadmaps into executable plans; build and maintain velocity forecasts; communicate milestones.
- Stakeholder Reporting : present progress, risks and success metrics to stakeholders
- Quality & Performance : track core vitals such as crash rates and load performance; drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor Oversight : draft SOWs, negotiate SLAs, manage invoices, track burn against budget.
- Compliance & Security : adherence to REALTOR.ca’s data, corporate and security standards.
- Continuous Improvement : facilitate post-launch retrospectives; institutionalize lessons learned into the process.
Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years managing consumer-facing mobile or web products, with at least 2 years on mobile apps.
- Certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent agile credentials.
Technical Proficiency
- Proven success launching apps with more than 4.5-star average ratings and 100k downloads.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing tools.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, fintech, or high-traffic marketplaces
- Certification: PMP or PRINCE2.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and Mobile CI/CD.
- Familiarity with geospatial APIs and mapping SDKs.
- Basic SQL or similar for deeper analytics.
- Bilingual (English and French).
