We’re expanding rapidly and looking for experienced Sales Executives who can drive major program growth, win new enterprise accounts, and help shape the next phase of JD Sign Group’s evolution.
The Role
As a Sales Executive – National Signage Programs, you’ll own the full sales cycle for large-scale signage programs — from prospecting and proposal through close and hand-off.
You’ll target multi-site brands, construction groups, and national roll-outs, building long-term partnerships supported by JD’s in-house design, fabrication, and installation teams.
This is a senior, high-impact role suited for sales professionals with proven success selling capital projects, construction services, or signage solutions to enterprise and multi-location clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and close new national and regional accounts across Canada and the U.S.
- Lead discovery, proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation for multi-site signage programs.
- Work closely with Project Delivery and Operations to ensure execution excellence and margin protection.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers in Construction, Facilities, and Brand departments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in Zoho CRM.
- Protect target gross margins and drive account profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify upsell, refresh, and maintenance opportunities.
- Represent JD Sign Group professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Requirements
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in signage, construction, manufacturing, or facility branding (open to candidates with less experience IF they have existing extensive networks)
- Proven record of closing multi-site or program-based deals ($500K–$2M+).
- Skilled at consultative sales and managing complex buying groups.
- Strong commercial acumen — understands costing, estimating, and project economics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive clients.
- Confident, entrepreneurial, and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Experienced with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and disciplined in pipeline management.
- Able to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and trade events.
