What You Will Be Doing: The Business Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the systems and processes that support our administration functions. You will leverage your analytical mindset and technical expertise to provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for RMA’s Administration system. Working closely with leaders and teammates, you will identify opportunities for improvement, analyze business processes, translate needs into clear solution requirements, and help deliver effective technology solutions that make a meaningful impact.

Provide technical support to the Administration team by identifying and implementing process automation and system improvements. Develop and maintain SQL queries, tables, and solutions using SQL, VBA, and/or Python. Analyze system architecture, including back-end data structures and stored procedures, to support ongoing enhancements. Lead process improvement discussions to identify business challenges, system issues, and efficiency opportunities. Translate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, and traceability materials. Communicate analysis, recommendations, and results to stakeholders and management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing processes and supporting operational excellence. Build a strong understanding of business processes and their impact on operations.

What You Bring To The Role

Highly developed analytical and communication skills, with the ability to be clear and concise Process analysis skills and a curious mindset to challenge the status-quo and identify areas for automation Critical thinking and the ability to synthesize information quickly Independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different projects Advanced level in Excel and/or Access Strong experience with SQL, VBA, Python, or R Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science 2 years’ experience in business process analysis
