Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service and Validation Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding via phone and email according to established standards;
- Identify and understand customer needs in order to effectively respond to their questions;
- Validate documents, ensuring that the information is accurate and complete;
- Complete forms, logs, and prepare activity reports;
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries;
- Maintain positive relationships with clients;
- Conclude interactions by ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements and Skills:
- College diploma;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or in customer service;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);
- Bilingualism (an asset);
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Compensation:
18,00$ per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift Evening shift
