Groupe Marketing International is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Customer Service and Validation Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding via phone and email according to established standards;
  • Identify and understand customer needs in order to effectively respond to their questions;
  • Validate documents, ensuring that the information is accurate and complete;
  • Complete forms, logs, and prepare activity reports;
  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries;
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients;
  • Conclude interactions by ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements and Skills:

  • College diploma;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or in customer service;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Comfortable with computer tools (particularly Microsoft Office);
  • Bilingualism (an asset);
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, and courtesy.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:

18,00$ per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift Evening shift
