Role Summary:

Our BC branch is seeking a results-driven Security Solutions Sales Representative to join our team. Based in Kelowna, BC, this role covers a defined sales territory across the Interior of British Columbia in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing a pipeline of business to support technician utilization and continued regional growth, and acquiring and managing client accounts within the territory. This individual brings a combination of consultative sales skills and technical aptitude, with the ability to execute both strategically and tactically to achieve sales objectives.

This role is ideal for a self-directed sales professional with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets and a passion for delivering value-driven security solutions that grow the business.

Job Responsibilities:

Quote systems for customers with technical accuracy and within Chubb pricing guidelines.

Stay current in knowledge of security product features (including competitor technology), legislation, and regulations.

Travels to, and visits premises completes surveys, determines customer objectives/requirements, and designs a system through security consultation that will best meet the needs of the customer and the particular site.

Obtains sales by developing new accounts, following up on company-generated leads and servicing the existing customer base.

Prepare quotes for new/prospective and existing customers

Maintain client rapport by understanding current and future needs and responding promptly.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of sales experience in a Security Systems environment

Proven sales experience in B2B services with strong prospecting skills including telephone and in-person cold calling

Technical industry knowledge in security systems or ability to quickly learn the products.

Demonstrated expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite, proprietary systems, and CRM software, including advanced and practical, hands‑on experience.

Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Experience working with generative AI chatbots and large language models is an asset.

The base salary for this role is CAN $ 65,000.
