About The Position:

Reporting to theSales Director, theAccount Coordinatoris responsible for driving new business growth while supporting and expanding relationships with an existing portfolio of clients. This role is heavily focused on prospecting and acquiring new accounts, dedicating approximately 80% of time to identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, while the remaining 20% is focused on maintaining and maximizing existing client relationships.
The position is based out of Concorde Group Administration’s Head Office, while being a hybrid position, and supports sales initiatives across all of Concorde’s affiliated venues and brands. Compensation:
- Competitive annual salary with a base of $47,500 + commission top ups

Responsibilities:
New Business Development (80%)
- Proactively identify, research, and engage potential new clients across various industries.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings) to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Present and sell the company’s offerings in a compelling way that speaks to the needs of prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Account Management (20%)
- Maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Uncover and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and support, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan, book, and execute events that meet client expectations.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline activity, forecasts, and key account status.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation initiatives and ensure seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or related industries (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Self-starter attitude with high levels of motivation and resilience.
- Experience using CRM & booking platforms (Hubspot, TripleSeat, & Open Table preferred).
