Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and
health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision-making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Req'd travel to Pinehouse Lake, Sandy Bay, Creighton, Weyakwin and Denare Beach
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives

- Sandy Bay is located approximately 191 km north of Flin Flon
