Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources, The Human Resources Officer will be part of a team responsible for delivering a variety of Human Resource services and tasks including: recruitment, retention, new employee orientation, training, health & safety, benefits administration, payroll, data entry, collective agreement and policies compliance as well as additional administrative functions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is required
- Two or more years in human resources and/or business administration
- Experience with a Human Resources Information System preferably Sage HRIS and ADP
- Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Manager of Human in relation to service requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Must complete a criminal records check
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
