Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources/People & Culture and gain real, hands-on experience in a growing organization? Passion Dental Group is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Intern to join our team for Summer/Fall 2026!

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our People & Culture team by helping digitize and organize employee records within our Dayforce HRIS system. Your work will directly contribute to improving how we manage information and support our growing team.
- Digitize and accurately input employee records into Dayforce HRIS
- Organize and maintain confidential employee documentation
- Support data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
- Collaborate with the HR team on administrative tasks and process improvements
- Assist with records management initiatives that support company growth
What We’re Looking For
- A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
- A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute
